TJ was consistent and prompt in their Communications. However I was very disappointed with the results of their service. They provided a generic statement which I had to put together myself for my written defense and I was still found guilty with a fine reduction that was almost the same amount as what I paid TJ. I then went in to court in person with a new trial and was again found guilty with the same exact fine reduction. In the end I spent hours preparing my documents taking them to a place to have them mailed and then driving to and from a lengthy court appearance. I was not using my phone to text or call nor was I on the internet but was holding it in one hand to adjust the volume of my music. Even this is in violation of the law, I found out. I could have easily prepared my defense entirely on my own with the exact same results and if TJ had told this to me from the beginning I would have had my fine reduced and kept that money rather than pay it to this company for nothing gained on my end. There are companies out there with better guarantees and I doubt the validity of the Google reviews. I think the reviews on Judy's Book are more accurate and I would not recommend going this route to anyone.
