Ticket Ninja CA - Fight California Traffic Ticket

TicketNinja is a giant scam. I came to them with a simple red light camera ticket, trusting their claim to dismiss my case or refund me if they couldn't. It seemed like the perfect way to get through this. So I signed up and paid the $120 for expedited service due to an approaching ticket deadline. Then they send me a form, no actual help just a premade form. I submitted the form and was still found guilty. Following that I reported the update to them and they tell me to request a new trial, which was denied. I ended up paying the full price of the ticket, and having my insurance rates go up 25%. Not only did they not refund me the money I paid them, their useless system will continue costing me money for the next several years until my record is clean. more

TJ was consistent and prompt in their Communications. However I was very disappointed with the results of their service. They provided a generic statement which I had to put together myself for my written defense and I was still found guilty with a fine reduction that was almost the same amount as what I paid TJ. I then went in to court in person with a new trial and was again found guilty with the same exact fine reduction. In the end I spent hours preparing my documents taking them to a place to have them mailed and then driving to and from a lengthy court appearance. I was not using my phone to text or call nor was I on the internet but was holding it in one hand to adjust the volume of my music. Even this is in violation of the law, I found out. I could have easily prepared my defense entirely on my own with the exact same results and if TJ had told this to me from the beginning I would have had my fine reduced and kept that money rather than pay it to this company for nothing gained on my end. There are companies out there with better guarantees and I doubt the validity of the Google reviews. I think the reviews on Judy's Book are more accurate and I would not recommend going this route to anyone. more

Don't believe ... The only thing they ninja will be your 100$ when you lose the case and are denied a refund. Buyer Beware. Go with other services. more

Don't bother with this service. It's not worth it. First, they are not even lawyers, but consultants who will give you a scripted version of a story to use, which most of the time won't work in court, as they've heard all of these before. The service didn't work as the court denied our request then I had to still appear and was told by TN that it doesn't always work, so go to court and try another way. I thought the whole point of this was not to avoid stepping into a court room and facing the judge and officer? Had I known, I would have just paid the ticket and requested traffic school, which I am now denied. TN refused to refund the money, unless I changed my review. Please don't waste your money. Find an actual lawyer if you need to fight a ticket, not a waste of time work-a-round. more

I am so glad that I found Ticket Ninja CA. Very friendly and helpful staff delivers results. My speeding ticket(cited for going 85 mph in 70 mph zone) was dismissed! more
