I would like to commend Dennis Simpson for his professional demeanor and expertise in servicing my Lennox central aircon which was earlier mis-diagnosed by PSEG worry free technician for replacement instead of making repairs. Thank God I called Binsky Home Service and immediately dispatched a technician on the same day. Upon prompt arrival, I told Dennis what the issues are and upon thorough inspection of the unit, he came into conclusion that the plastic pipe where the water is coming out is clogged which prevent it from pumping the water out causing the unit to form ice, leak water and flood the basement. He then replaced the pipe with new one and the problem was solved. Dennis' 31 years experience with Binsky has saved me from replacing with a new unit worth between $4000-$5000. On the same day I signed up for annual service plan at a very reasonable price.
