I can’t say enough amazing things about this company! Our furnace went out and Taylor was the only place willing to squeeze me in same day. Nick arrived and started assessing the unit. The part needed to repair our 20 year old furnace wouldn’t be available until the end of December! We made the decision to go ahead and replace the whole thing. Nick explained all the options to us, answered all our questions, and never tried to upsell or pressure us into buying things. After we decided what we wanted, he helped us get everything set for a next-day install! The crew was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job installing our new furnace, heat pump, air scrubber, and hot water tank. They walked me through what they did, showed me how to set up the new thermostat, and left everything cleaner than when they arrived! I would recommend Taylor to anyone & everyone... Phenomenal!
