My treatment team was the best there was out there. I am so blessed and feel so grateful for each and everyone of their personalities. My primary was the best possible thing for me. She gave me so much confidence and belief in myself. She got me to the core and pulled the issues right out of me. That woman is an angel from the heavens haha. Kristin was awesome, too. She was always ready to help me execute new plans for my life always had new ideas of what to do and how to do them well. A little more to the point, but also so sweet and I could tell she really cared about me. Mike W. is such a sweet man. He changed my trust and view of middle aged men. He gave me so many helpful tools to deal with my PTSD and anxiety, as well as capitalizing on my abilities to nurture my introversion rather than working against it.
Highly recommended: The personalization of every client. The whole person approach. The groups and awesome topics we all got. I didn't realize how helpful this place was going to be. I think I expected it to be a bit more clinical.
