Review content:
4th trip was a charm but the intervals between the trips was very long - you need more repair teams for return calls or need to escalate customers that have prolonged repairs to get it done. Scheduling seems very inefficient. No issues with repair guys - they seems to know what they are doing. My 4 calls were stretched over 45+ days until the unit finally died and we had to pitch dollars of food!
