I was exceptionally pleased by the service Frank provided. He arrived on time after a courtesy notification call, then immediately assessed and explained the plumbing problem (which had resulted in a flooded basement), the required repairs, and the estimated cost. He worked efficiently, took precautions to keep the work area clean, and even installed a wall panel to facilitate easier future access to critical plumbing infrastructure. Frank also alerted me to several other plumbing issues that he recommended be addressed to prevent potentially serious future problems; a couple of these issues stemmed from improper original plumbing installation by the house construction contractor and had gone unnoticed. Frank gave me thorough estimates for all of the recommended work, and he fully explained his current billing, which was straightforward. I intend to follow up on his advice and will specifically request his services for all future plumbing work.
I value and depend upon contractors who are honest, practical, experienced, and highly skilled. Frank has all of these qualities in abundance. I give him my highest recommendation.
