Waseam Khalaf made me feel assured that he was there to deliver unimaginable customer service, with me not against me. I appreciated being treated kindly and professionally throughout my time at WCT. He was very patient and was willing to explain everything thoroughly. I did not feel pressured at all like I have with past dealerships.\r
I was stressed about a totaled Kia Forte I recently had bought with Kuhn (That man is terrible) I was pressured into a hefty down payment which I of course lost in the Total loss of my car, and bribed with cheap BS and a trip. Waseam made it possible for me to get out of a rental I was in for a month and worked with me to get the best deal possible for myself. I definitely would recommend WCT in the future and will definitely be coming back. Waseam Khalaf definitely gained a long lasting professional relationship and I will be sending my family and friends to him as well. Great job Wesley Chapel Toyota. And Thanks again to the wonderful group of people who helped me out with my deal. I am loving my Toyota Corolla it is safe and a great smooth ride. :)
