Dave and Kevin arrived right on time, explained their procedure, and went to work analyzing my home. They were efficient, worked well as a team, and answered all my questions. My only suggestion is that they be a bit more comprehensive when going over what they did and what they found at the end. I did not ask exactly what was accomplished, and though they gave me some numbers and some information about my home energy picture, a simple list of each step they took might have been easier to understand. Dave and Kevin were friendly and personable, comfortable to have in my home. I appreciate the service that CMC Energy provides, especially that it is free for Wallingford residents.
