These guys are the best !! I needed a new furnace and got a quote from the "other guy". I thought their quote was unreasonable and wanted a second opinion. My cousin absolutely raved about Battavio and now I know why. These guys are second to none !!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, on time .. and of course, much better pricing than the "other guy". Because of my work schedule, the owner of the company came to my house on a Sunday to review options and pricing. Joe was here for almost two hours explaining choices and answering questions. I was glad to see the same two gentlemen for the install that had diagnosed the issue initially. Bill and Reese did a superb job! They arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule, completely cleaned the work area, offered suggestions on heating / cooling usage, explained my new touch-screen thermostat, and helped me program it. These are my new "go to" guys for heating / cooling concerns ~ forget the "other guy". I absolutely recommend Battavio for your needs ~ you will not be disappointed !
