We have been here several times for service and are actually very satisfied with the excellent customer service, as we are greeted as soon as we walk through the door. On August 12th I noticed a roaring coming from the rear of my car on my way home from work, and everything was closed. I called Firestone as soon as they opened and spoke to Steve, he explained that he was booked for the day but would work me in. I dropped my car off at 8:30am and by 9:15am, I received a call from Steve letting me know that my car had been diagnosed and had an estimate ready. Not only was the price great, they were helpful by answering all of my questions and concerns. If excellent customer service and affordable prices is what your looking for, I highly recommend this auto repair business.
