Mario was ABSOLUTELLY the BEST!! He was wonderfully honest, truly sincere, and straightforward and to the point. Coupled with his personable professionalism, as well as his keen kowledge {with my AC issue and the AC industry in general}, Mario's service prompted me to convey to him "I would definitely hire you to work for me" as Best-in-Class service is the differentiator and our niche at my Employer, USAA.
Without a doubt or hesitation, I will request Mario if/when my AC requires any type of service again --- he was/is THE BEST!!
