No hot water, called Will Fix It and on same day showed up at the time they promised. Spoke to Brandon M.(plumber when he arrived) He smelled gas and immediately had me open doors to house. He then looked at my water heater....attempted to relight the pilot. It was a no go...He then did some research on the water heaters age and most importantly any possible warranty coverage. Bingo, the water heater was still under warranty. Brandon took over, set a time to replace the regulator and had a senior citizen discount to boot. Professional and honest, its all that I ask for in this day and age. I feel I got just that....Retired and on a fixed income, this experience was a positive moment...
