DISHONEST. Lied and got caught trying to cheat us. They did not show up for a critical repair which held up our City Permit for operation, forcing us to lose valuable time and money for our client who trusted us to get this job done. They not only missed the appointment but did not even call to reschedule, in the end we had to call them. They lied to us on the phone saying we did not have an appointment, then when proof was given they admitted we had an appointment but said the parts had not arrived. So we took another venue and cancelled the work order. Then they charged us a ""restock"" fee for parts that they said had not even arrived. - When confronted by email Michael threatened Attorney action if we did not pay his $150 restock fee, but not once did he apologize or speak to the fact that we lost a day of work due to their missed appointment and lack of professionalism. Really, what Attorney will take on a $150 claim? - Look at other reviews, that's what we should have done before getting in bed with these guys.
