Colby Briggs came to our house to help with clogged toilet problem. Her was fantastic at diagnosing the problem, not actually a clog at all, and offering several option to attempt to correct the problem. He checked the main line with the camera to ensure there wasn't any blockage there all at no charge. He was very professional and courteous the entire time he was there and not ever acting like he was in hurry to get to his next stop. I would recommend Colby to any one who has a plumbing issue and he made sure we didn't do work that was not needed. Tom Kincaid
