wasn't sure what to expect, assumed they would run a big long tube from their van down each register and vacuum out. when I was explained the process and observed them cleaning the 1st register, really had my doubts about the end results. Each of the service men answered my questions in great detail and explained what was happening throughout the process. at the end they show you what came out of all the registers, really amazing. our entire family had been experiencing frequent headaches when we were at home, now 2 weeks later we all have been headache free. wish we would have done this a long time ago. and if you have this service completed and not a bunch of stuff comes out of the registers that is a good thing.
