Review content:
The team members were exceptional and explained every step that needed to be done to repair the problem and why it had to be done. The problem began with a stoppage occurring in the sewer line which empties into the street. Since the previous owner had replaced some sewer line and installed clean outs it initially thought she had replaced it from the house to the street. Not correct! The original line was used from the house to the street and it was pointed out that this original line had root stoppage. At that point an estimate was provided and since I had no comparison prices and no sewer to use while counter offers could be obtained we decided to use Drain Right.
The work was exceptional (although I had nothing to compare it with) and the problem was repaired and city inspected in 3 days. We had no trouble viewing the work and the team supplied explanations what they were doing.
While the outside work was occurring Victor assisted in my repair of 2 faucets in our shower at no extra cost.
As a repeat, I would not hesitate in recommending Drain Right but I would advise people to have secondary estimates to feel more comfortable in the cost. The work was better than what I have seen with other repairs in the area with a minimum physical damage to the lawn. Great job!
