Agreed that one star is too high. The worst!! Have never worked with a repair shop that so boldly felt they could be this rude, do work this poorly and also insist on the $ up front!! Had them repair an exotic skin that needed cleaning. Instead of cleaning or having a discussion of what needed to be done, they decided on their own to dye it. It looked like someone painted it with house paint. Completely ruined!! Oh, and then they try to explain their poor work and lack of communication by saying it was ""broken"" anyway. Stay away.
