My wife is at one of the Hearthstone facilities, and some of the things they provide are great, others are sub-par. She has a great apartment and is allowed to have her 2 cats. She is allowed to have her cats because the sales person lied about almost everything. The meals leave a lot to be desired. For a while it was almost all fried. Lets feed someone who has had 4 strokes food that will cause her to have a stroke! Great plan. The frequently serve liver, and most residents opt for the alternative, which they run out of, forcing residents to order dinner in from somewhere else or eat liver. The accounting is not great either. My wife was served liver (she eats in her room), she told them to take it back, they said to keep it because they had plenty. They then provided her with the alternative, but charged her for the liver she did not want. They also seem to have a hard time filing insurance claims and keeping payments straight.
