I ordered a dvd that they had listed as a widescreen deluxe edition dvd and received the cheaper standard definition version and they told me that it was my mistake when on the receipt it distinctly said it was the widescreen edition that I ordered. Customer service started to get rude because they did not want to claim it as a mistake on their part and it took them a month to tell me that they didn't send me the widescreen version because they didn't have it and proceeded to call me rude because I wanted a refund. I had to file a claim in order to receive my refund. I would never recommend to buy from this seller. The management did not even send me a nice e-mail back explaining the situation--her e-mail came off as aggressive and impolite. It was not at all a pleasant experience. No wonder why the staff and customer service are all rude--the management is rude and that's where they learn from.
