Review content:
Purchased a set 5 top of the line replacement tires for my family's minivan from the Goodyear store at 2421 Centreville Road in Herndon. Hogan is the name they use. Included the "Road Hazard Warranty" that covers damage due to nails, potholes, etc. A few months later, while on an out of town trip, had a flat tire caused by a road hazard. I took the van to the nearest Goodyear dealer to replace the tire. Guess what? The would not honor the warranty! They agreed that the flat was caused by a road hazard but would not replace the tire unless I paid full price for a new tire. They said "We don't participate in the Road Hazard Warranty plan."\r \r When I returned from the trip I took the damaged tire to the Goodyear store where I purchased it. They refused to honor the warranty saying, "We are not going to give you a new tire." \r \r So, the "Road Hazard Warranty" is worthless. Avoid Goodyear tires!
