Years ago I used Gary's to do the plumbing on our remodel of our H St. bathroom. The work was good, but the customer service poor. You guys showed up a couple days late and then left after the 1st day because you got a call that a carpet store had flooded. You left my wife and I and our young child without a bathroom for 2 days, no exaggeration. I asked for an explanation and got "we go where the money is." Needless to say I was not impressed.
I switched to Sparkey's after that and had nothing but praise. They showed up on time and the price was fair.
I tried them again for some maintenance sewer drain cleaning, but got your number. I was hesitant, but figured I would try again.
I called to get a rough budgetary number on having my drain cleaned out. It's very straight forward with good access. The total run is about 50 ft. The lady on the phone was nice, but refused to give me any number (even what the base cleanout number is). She had a couple of guys come out to look. While they were both very nice and professional, they were there 5 -7 mins top. They gave one look and said it was going to be $485!! What a joke!!
I got charged (and paid) $50 for that 5 min. and that will be the last time your company hears from me.
