I have used COIT a number of times. Always satisfied. This time as usual I specifically asked for the estimate and cleaning to be done in one visit as I am very busy. A guy came and said that he was not cleaning my items, he was only doing estimate and taking my drapes and an area rug. I mentioned the agreement with the person I spoke to and he acted like they would not have possibly agreed to an estimate and cleaning in one visit., I also told him the area rug had previously been cleaned in my home because it's on the basement floor. At first he said ok, then he said he had to take it. Overall, I felt this guy was pretty condescending. This guy was not even out of my driveway when another Coit guy showed up and said he was there to estimate, clean and take my drapes. What do you know? I asked if he'd spoken to the first guy and he had just talked to him--in my driveway and did not seem happy. This guy was super nice although I had to have him return and redo the chairs--because of the fabric you have to be careful to get the nap to go in one direction. They should check for that before they leave or identify the fabric as needing special care. Overall this was not COITs finest hour and I will think hard about using them again. The scheduler should have called and apologized to me. Thanks for the opportunity to vent. Michelle Naiser
