Review content:
I had 4 sets of curtains cleaned with your company. When they returned them, one set in the living room had such a chemical smell it gave me a headache in the time it took to put up the other curtains in the house. I asked about the overwhelming smell and the technician told me that it was the solvent used to clean the drapes. I told him to take them down and return them when I can hang them up without an overwhelming smell. I believe it is Coits' responsibility to make sure everything is acceptable before returning thing to the client.
On another issue, one set of curtains got lost. On two separate occasions the technician came without my curtains. I had to provide him with a picture and show him the invoice before the curtains were found. I never had anything from the company as to follow up. I was disappointed with the service. This was not my first experience with your company but it may be my last.
