I have used Coit for years -always with
great results. However this time I was extremely dissatisfied. The family room looked like it had never been cleaned - I had to ask Marvin if he intended to use stain remover on the area where the couch had set and there was evidence of stain from foot traffic. He went to the truck brought in a container - sprayed very little - then immediately cleaned the area. The area did not look any better after it dried! The library carpet was over saturated and stretched unbelievably. The carpet on stairs over saturated - my husband had to blot up the excess water. I paid $431.00 for the cleaning that did not look any better than before it was cleaned! I feel like the job was a combination of someone not caring about the results and the fact that we were moving and would not be using your services any more. Horrible job - am sure the new owners will not be using Coit ever!
