Review content:
I had two rugs taken out for cleaning and one cleaned at my house. All there rugs looked beautiful after the cleaning. My only complaint would be that when I requested (a day before the rugs were scheduled to be returned ) a return time a little later in the day, the office personnel could not let me know for sure , and the day of the return , when I had to be away from the house , no one called to let me know whether the time had been changed or if the delivery was to be made at the original time. Ultimately the delivery came after I got back home, but it the lack of communication caused unnecessary anxiety as I tried to be prepared for whatever time the rugs might arrive. However, I would use Coit again, and I would recommend them.
