Their prices are high for the value of service. I had six ducks cleaned in my apartment and it cost over $260. Took them all of about 15 minutes and I still had dangly dust hanging from my ceiling vents. My dining room carpet (one room $165) was supposed to be cleaned the same day by a different crew, they showed up without the hoses that were clearly noted on their work order. Had to reschedule a week later to come back with what they needed. I moved all my furniture in preparation of the initial cleaning, so things were a bit hectic waiting a week since I didn't want to break my back moving everything back and forth. The next crew did a decent job on the carpets but forgot to clean the area rug in my living room, oh well. Won't be calling them for anything in the future.
