Review content:
I always use your services for rug, drapery, and vent cleaning. You do a great job, and I want to support local businesses. I moved back to Louisville in 2007 and have used and been very satisfied with Coit. One thing bothers me: I can never figure out how the total is arrived at. For instance, in my last transaction, the associate added in a scotch guard treatment without even mentioning the option to me. I feel like their job is to bring in as many add-on charges as possible, instead of listening to the client and making them happy. One more thing--I often get coupons a day or two before they expire, which is probably a postal issue--but still annoying.
