I was very disappointed with the service I received. The people on the phone, appraiser and worker were all very nice. I bought a leather living room set from someone who smoked. I wanted it cleaned and I was also concerned about the smoke smell and thought they could get it out. All he did was come in with a bottle of cleaner and about 5 rags and wiped down my furniture in about 30 minutes and charged me $283.00. My kids and I did the same exact thing but we took 1 and 1/2 hours cleaning, getting in all the crevices and sides of the furniture. I called for a professional cleaning thinking they would do more than what I could do. The worst part is the furniture still smells like smoke. I paid a lot of money and did not get the results I expected from a professional service.
