I have used Coit for several years. My carpet is old but of the best quality and cleaned regularly. The young man was very respectful and informative. But I would say 60% of the spots came back in the next few days. In the past only about 10% reappeared. I did not call back because the whole process of getting the carpets cleaned is a hassle (moving furniture, folding back area rugs etc) is difficult. Not sure if his solution was diluted or what but I am disappointed. Yeah and I paid for scotch guard too.
