Review content:
The person called me to verify the appointment while they were driving, SO bad! I told them if they used GSP to find my house they would pass it (the office was supposed to tell them that was why I called ahead - the driver still assumed they would find that it & I insisted they shouldn't rely on it). When they showed up, the price was $100 more than I was quoted on the phone (apparently they assumed I wanted scotch guarding when all I wanted was cleaning). After they set up, they noticed I was cleaning my hardwood floors & decided to add their opinion of how I was cleaning it (they assumed that I was using orange glow just because I was using an orange glow squirt bottle - but it was soap & water - it was just an easier application to clean the floor rather than dragging a bucket & soaking my hardwood floors). When I reviewed the work after they cleaned the carpets, I was disappointed to see that there was a 1+ inch gap away from the base boards that hadn't been touched (after making excuses the rubbed the edges with a long brush - no more clean than before I said something). When I asked about the depressions in the carpet, they told me to use a hot iron on the carpet to make them go away (are you kidding me... put a hot iron on synthetic fibers that is a great way to start a fire & melt/ruin the carpet). No way would I ever recommend that idiot!
