Review content:
We decided after the chairs were cleaned to have the technician take the area rug offsite tio be cleaned. The understanding was it would be returned in 7 days. My expectaton was that COIT would call and provide us with a delivery time window. After waiting 1/2 a day for a call, we called COIT and asked what time are you delivering our rug back to us? Otherwise I have no idea if we would ever have gotten our rug back. This process needs to be made clear as who is suppose to do the scheduling.
