First of all, my name is Cindy, not Leona (which is what was in my email). I paid A LOT of money to have my shower/tile cleaned and sealed and my carpets cleaned. The first time the cleaning was done, I called and complained because my shower was absolutely not cleaned and the one stain I had in my carpet looked no different. I took pictures of the film over the tile that I could rinse off with water. It was a waist of my money and my time right before Christmas. The tile left a white film on my bathroom floor that I had to pay someone else to come and remove. The nice cleaning guy came back and rushed through the process again with no different results in my tile or the stain in my carpet. I used to be a faithful COIT customer, but I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.
