Review content:
This was a major project -- all draperies, one sofa, two chairs, five area rugs of various sizes and ages -- all had to be co-ordinated. Recommendation -- the person hanging the cleaned draperies either needs to know how or needs to listen to instructions. I have eight windows -- all the same rods, number of hooks, same system. I had to tell him each time with one room -- and then said the other room is the same. He missed three out of four --- another Coit person came to clean the sofa/chairs and I asked him to help -- out of his field, but he did okay -- because he listened to instructions. This incident would not keep me from using Coit, but I hope the idea of listening to the customer's instructions for re-hanging would be instilled in the future.
