Casey cleaned my living room carpet, tile and grout in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The tile has been down for 7 years and was pretty dirty. It looks as good as when it was put down. He also cleaned my living room furniture and it looks brand new. I was amazed that the chemical smell of the tile and grout cleaner was so minimal. When I tried to do it myself, the chemical recommended by a tile company kept me from being able to clean it myself. It was horrible! I could not be happier. Casey also recommended the safest and cleanest way to clean my laminate floors and gave us an estimate on duct cleaning. We will use Coit when we are ready to have that job tackled. Great Job Coit and you have a gem of an employee in Casey!
