Review content:
My daughter is getting married on Sunday; so, I wanted upholstery and throw rugs cleaned. i requested service at certain time frames. We were offered duct cleaning at a discount and agreed. The duct people had problems getting here, but, called me and I directed them.
The upholstery cleaners were supposed to be here between 11-12 at 1:30 I called and was told we were scheduled 3-4. We had a party at 6, which the sales rep. knew. I cancelled, but, now have dingy furniture for wedding guests.
The throw rugs were to be back at around 9 a.m., I called the office who said later in the afternoon. Not happy, but i moved my errand up to be there. They called me while I was driving and said 12:30, I had to turn around.
I am really disappointed in Coit. Time scheduling is really crucial in your kind of business and I am not willing to spend all day waiting for people who don't show. I will probably never use you again.
