COIT in Louisville is a very customer-oriented service company. The young woman who called to offer me cleaning services (as a repeat customer) was nothing short of delightful. The gentleman who came to complete my estimate had also been with the company many years. He explained the new products since COIT's last visit to address our (awful) pet stains. The young men who completed the cleaning (also with longevity with COIT) were courteous, careful, thorough and efficient. The pet stains were greatly improved. It's apparent the new products are indeed better...best remedy for the pet stains/odors short of new carpet!
