Review content:
The carpet was not bad prior to cleaning. Is worse now. Deodorizer was used and carpet stinks now! A call was made to clean again because we were very u happy. Technician spot cleaned one corner and also pulled up carpet in that area and left it. Afte the whole house smelled TERRIBlLE for days!! My carpet is damaged and the cleaning made it look and smell worse. Also put a dent in bedroom wall when placing floor protectors under bed. This was a referral from friend. Said no other will be better. The salesman a d the advertised guarantee sold us even though it was much more expensive than other quotes we were given by other companies. He was like well you get what you pay for. Said he guaranteed the deodorizer they use would absolutely eliminate any odor - not true!! The previous owners did not care for the carpet well that is why we wanted a good quality service. The salesperson was like oh your carpets not af at all. There were no area stains just needed a good deep cleaning. It is much worse now a d there was damage done to the carpet and wall. The guarantee a d service is a waste of time and money. Not happy!!! We called after first cleaning said they would make it right. Not true. Much worse!
