Review content:
The technician from Arctic Air arrived as promised and went over our air conditioner that was not working. He indicated the different possibilities that might be wrong and how much each would cost. Then he indicated the price of a new unit with several discounts that were available including one for being a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He did not pressure us as to what we would should do but suggested that since the unit was about 15 years old it probably would be wise to consider buying a new unit. Once we decided to get a new unit, he indicated the one that was the same size as the one we had with about the same features. \r

Once we had made our decision on the air conditioner, I asked him about the advisability of replacing the furnace since we had to have it repaired last year. He agreed and it was considerably cheaper to it now rather than when it had to be replaced by itself at later date. So the new air conditioner and new furnace were installed, the old units removed and everything was left in excellent condition. The two technicians were very nice and worked well together. \r

My wife and I are well pleased with Gladstone Arctic Air and will call them first when we need any service.
