I am very happy with all of the docs, and Dr. Doles the owner is so compassionate with animals, even more so when there is a problem. He is patient and kind when an illness or injury comes up and he will take the time to explain the best way to handle the situation. He will even explain to me why he will treat my pet when he feels he knows what it is, instead of putting me through costly tests and still end up giving me the meds that do the trick in the first place. The Vet Techs are so good with my babies and always so gentle with them. The Office staff has always made themselves available to me whenever I call them. I am sorry about the situation of the one gal's mother. I cannot try to explain it, though I know they are open early in the morning to receive animals for surgery. The docs do not come in until later and I know they have to be present to euthanize a pet. We have faced the situation a few times already, and they have been nothing but kind to me, and yes, I did receive sym
