My mother had an awful experience in this office having a first morning appointment to euthanize her dog and being made to wait three hours in the waiting room while other non- emergency clients were being seen.She was crying and obviously traumatized throughout the three hours and was purposely ignored by the office staff who made no effort to get her in sooner considering euthanasia takes 15 minutes.After retrieving the ashes of her beloved pet,the office called two weeks later for her to pick up the ashes once again demonstrating inefficiency and thoughtlessness.I continued taking my pet there because even though the office manager was nasty and the office staff cold, the doctors were good and my pet was comfortable with his vet.Any time I needed answers to test results or asked to be put on a call back list to speak to my vet, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the office and had no rights to ask questions.
