I was very disappointed with the lack of organization that Flip 2 It sports center provided for my child's 4th birthday party. The room where the party was held was not air conditioned (June birthday) and it was quite hot once they even turned on the air. The birthday coordinator didn't introduce himself to me or the children at the start of the birthday party. The front staff had no clue that my child's party was in progress, they told my guests that there wasn't a party in progress for my child. The floor time was having the kids run around and around until they were hot and tired. I was told there would be 2 teachers during the party, only one was available. Several children from OTHER parties would come and join our party and no one would redirect them to back to their party. We did not receive a t-shirt as promised and outlined in the contract. I left extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with the service we were given. I would NOT recommend Flip2It for any party! Don't waste your mo
