We bought a coupon trough Groupon and booked a Party there with only one week notice. Not knowing what to expext (due to us not paying full price). WE LOVED IT! Great enthusiastic staff! They did everything, including loading up the car. We live in Sacramento and it took us about 45 min to get there, but we will be back again for Hollys 5th Birthday next year for sure! LOVE FLIP 2 IT!!! Best sports Center in Roseville! We have been going to the gym for a while now and love the staff, clean facility and great instruction our children receive! We highly recommend trying out this gym. more

We went for our trial class and never went back. Unorganized, chaotic, confusing. Extremely young and apparently unmotivated staff. We won't recommend them to anyone. The front desk staff didn't direct me to where my daughter's class was, and got the time wrong. We were not impressed. We will not recommend this facility to anyone. more

I was very disappointed with the lack of organization that Flip 2 It sports center provided for my child's 4th birthday party. The room where the party was held was not air conditioned (June birthday) and it was quite hot once they even turned on the air. The birthday coordinator didn't introduce himself to me or the children at the start of the birthday party. The front staff had no clue that my child's party was in progress, they told my guests that there wasn't a party in progress for my child. The floor time was having the kids run around and around until they were hot and tired. I was told there would be 2 teachers during the party, only one was available. Several children from OTHER parties would come and join our party and no one would redirect them to back to their party. We did not receive a t-shirt as promised and outlined in the contract. I left extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with the service we were given. I would NOT recommend Flip2It for any party! Don't waste your mo more
