Mr Peck's uncompleted job report resulting in our buyer not purchasing my parents? house..\r
Mr Peck's was engaged by Excel Real Estate to pump and inspect my \r
Parents tank. He was unable to complete the job, because of melting snow.\r
He submitted a report marking the sceptic system as ""unacceptable"" \r
along with other small things that needed fixed. He should have said\r
the report was ""incomplete"" not ""unacceptable"". \r
and should have waited to submit a completed report when the items were\r
fixed that he mentioned on his report.\r
Needless to say he caused my parents? house not to be sold.\r
