Review content:
A+ = customer service/respect/professionalism = very good to excellent assistance in all regards B = pricing = prices appear to be on the high side in most regards; general pricing is not upfront nor visible/no displays; specific pricing not known until final bill C = communication = at least 1 repair was not authorized before repaired; no persistant effort to contact me with status or seeking authorization; when I called mechanic who answered phone did not appear to have (1) the information I conveyed to desk rep. nor (2) the info listed on the job order or specifically the history of the car ... trying to replace a brand new part; generally no information conveyed to me to indicate any tests done to PROVE any part replacement need.
