I posted the following question on "Nextdoor", a neighborhood group: "Has anyone had automotive work done at Apple Valley Car Clinic? Every response I got was supportive of your business..."We have used them for many years. They are WONDERFUL! Always found them to be honest and helpful!" (Peggy) "Hi, I went to there a couple years ago to fix an AC issue with my Audi. They were really professional and fixed the issue in for me in 1 day! I also got a free car wash card. I had a good experience with them." (Monica) "yes I have used Apple Valley Car Clinic for about 5 years or more and like it there. they are like family to me." (Gladdie) " I use Apple Valley Car Clinic every time. Doug takes care of our vehicles as though they are his vehicles. I had a loud noise like my fan was hitting something. Doug came out and found that a plastic part shook loose. He went inside and came out with the part to fasten it. I asked him how much. He said don't worry about it. I know Doug and trust him and his son. They do not push you to repair anything that does not need it. They will present it as: Here is what you should do now, here is what you can do later & here is what you can put off to sometime down the road. No pressure sales like the other places do.
