I stayed with them for too many years. They are overpriced and everytime I went I felt that it was more of a sales pitch than an exam for my dogs. They lecture and use guilt to get you to purchase additional product or services. I have one dog that has siezures. Initially I was told that I was required to regulalry have my dogs blood tested to make sure the phenobarbitol levels were ok. The test was expensive and no one ever followed up with me to tell me the results. After years of this I complained about it they said it wasn't really a requirement and that I could waive the testing. Then, nearly every six weeks when I attempted to have the prescription refilled, I'd get a lecutre from someone about teh blood test (and some still stated it was a requiremnet, then I'd correct them, then they'd fill the prescription.) I had another freind who had a 19 year-old cat he wanted to put to sleep. When he called Minneahaha animal, they got another lecture "we will not terminate
