I have worked with Stephens Plumbing for almost 17 years, first when I served on our condo board and the last 10 years for our single-family residence. They are reliable, knowledgeable, versatile and 100% professional in everything they do. We have used them for the following jobs:\r

Repair leaking upstairs shower and repair ceiling on first floor which was damaged by the leak\r

Install new sump pump\r

Install backup battery sump pump system and install new outlet pipes.\r
\r
Excavate basement and perform all plumbing for new bathroom.\r

Install new bathroom fixtures, including new shower.\r
\r
Yes, their labor charges are more expensive than some guy who's a friend of a friend or who happens to be driving through your neighborhood.\r

But you know the work will be done right, it will fulfill all code requirements, and, if something goes wrong, there is an established company available 24/7 who will back up their work. I just spent 15 min talking to one of their plumbers due to some potential issues our recent backyard landscaping might be causing to a sump pump install they did for us 2 years ago. Got a lot of great information on how to take of it myself and it didn't cost me a penny.\r

Plumbing is not something to mess around with or cut corners. The peace of mind I get from knowing the work was performed correctly and will last for years is worth every extra penny I pay to Stephens'
