I am writing to inform you of the job Jeff and his crew performed at a property in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. We had never had an experience with an arborist and did not really know what they did until I called your company. We met Jeff at the property and he looked over the trees in question and wrote up a tree pruning proposal for us. \r

My husband and I were so impressed with Jeff and his professional knowledge and courtesy. How fortunate your company is to have someone like him representing you. On the day he and his crew returned for the actual work, we met them at the property again. We were amazed at Jeff's knowledge as he directed his crews to do the work. They were amazing as they climbed trees, trimmed, moved to other trees doing whatever he directed them to do. They never stopped working, and then they cleaned up all the branches and leaves they had cut.\r
