I would like to express sincere thanks and appreciation for one of your staff members, Mike Hansen. First of all, Mike arrived in a very timely manner per the pre-arrival phone call I received. Upon entering my house, he was very courteous and professional. \r

My original call was to determine if and where there was a leak in my water system that was causing a substantial increase in my water bill. Fortunately, the cause was determined a day before by the water company. I did relay to Mr. Hansen that I had a new garbage disposal that needed to be installed due to my original disposal not working and needed the cost to perform this service task.\r

Mr. Hansen informed me that he would test the disposal first and, after dislodging a small piece of metal, the disposal was working again! He explained to me that when there is an obstruction, the motor will turn off as a safety measure. The cost of repairing the disposal was less than the cost of the new garbiage disposal (which i will return today).\r

Much appreciation and kudos to Mike! As a result of this pleasant experience, I will definitely use ABC for other repairs for my home
